On the day of the violent crackdown on migrants in Melilla, Omar, a young Beninese illegal worker in Porto, gallops through the streets of the city on his motorbike, delivering parcels at the behest of the digital eye of the platforms.

He works through the rain while trying to reach his brother, fearing he may be among the wounded in the Spanish enclave. His route sketches an outline of those who sustain the foundations of the new digital economy—bodies shaped by algorithms, exposed to the violence of the world.
