DRY GROUND BURNING, by Adirley QueirĆ³s and Joana Pimenta, took the Cidade de Coimbra Grand Prize and Best Photography Award for Joana Pimenta. š„
Meanwhile, WILL-Oā-THE-WISP, by JoĆ£o Pedro Rodrigues was awarded with Best Fiction Film, Best Art Direction for JoĆ£o Rui Guerra da Mata and best Costume Design for PatrĆcia DĆ³ria. š
Last but not least, IMMATERIAL GIRL, by AndrĆ© Godinho, received the Award for Best Make-Up for Sofia FrazĆ£o š§āāļø

We traveled to Mar del Plata Film Festival for the screening of three recent works:
šæĀ MATO SECO EM CHAMAS, by Adirley QueirĆ³s and Joana Pimenta, will be presented at the Latin American Competition, while šĀ LOBO E CĆO, by ClĆ”udia VarejĆ£o, will be in the International Competition.
š„ Also,Ā FOGO-FĆTUOĀ by JoĆ£o Pedro Rodrigues, is part of the Alternate States Competition.
Mato Seco em Chamas, by Adirley QueirĆ³s and Joana Pimenta, premieres in national theaters in 27th October.

The 62nd edition will take place from the 4th to the 14th of November.
RATICIDA, by JoĆ£o Niza Ribeiro, will have its international premiere at the International Short Film Competition of the Cork Film Festival š

The film NAĆĆO VALENTE, by Carlos ConceiĆ§Ć£o, will have its national premiere at the Official Competition of Leffest – Lisbon & Sintra Film Festival.
The festival, between Lisbon and Sintra, will take place from the 10th to the 20th of November.
Fogo-FĆ”tuo, the new film by JoĆ£o Pedro Rodrigues premieres in national theaters in 29th September.
